In The Beginning There Was The Wort
Märzen (March) beers were traditionally brewed in the last cold month of the year and then stored in the cold Southern German caves to age to perfection.
Once the summer was over, the caves were broken open and the partyseason started - here the most (in) famous the Munich Oktoberfest.
Have you ever been at these parties? They say that if you remember it, you have not been there!
There is no better name than "Gluttony" for this fantastic, palatable, full bodied beer. the demon we want to fight here is Behemoth himself - always ready to fill his guts up with the blessings of the physical World.
Can you challeng him?
