This Belgian Wit is a new harmonic interpretation of the lightly spiced, hazy wheat ale that we all know from the best beergardens.

The ingredients, Belgian ecologic Wheat and Pilsner Malts enter into the same fine marriage with Coriander and Curacao orange peel as we would expect.

The Orange-Grape explosion in the finish – this is a Nelson Sauvin Hop, late added.   

The subtle hint of pepper? A delicate spiciness – Seeds of Paradise!

Belgian Wit

BJCP Style: 24 A

Style: A refreshing, elegant, tasty, moderate strength wheat-based ale. Low bitterness level with a balance similar to a Weissbier, but with spice and citrus character coming from additions rather than the yeast.
