From homebrew to professional
An exciting journey
When we stirred our first Mash in 2016 in a somewhat advanced homebrew system, it was a sweet dream to go "pro" one day. The love to Belgian beers that were not as plentiful available as today, was the spark.
Let's see where the journey goes...
Belgians, special lagers,
and some fun
Trappist beers have always claimed my attention. The spicy twist of the yeast in combination with noble hops - a clean experience. Maybe I am a little bit traditionalist here, but I have also found a lot of people who like to have beers "they can drink more than one of."
Ecologic, authentic, exciting
Even though it has become mainstream in other areas to be "ecologic," the trend is relatively new in beers. We believe that a good that we consume for joy and sometimes in larger quantities, should also be healthy.
We discover new tastes and learn new ways of dealing with the ingredients.
I invite you to an exciting journey.
Yours sincerely
Simon Musäus
